Comments/Reviews

When visitors leave comments or product review on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

How we protect your data

We store vital personal information on our own secure servers or on secure servers of our service providers, and occasionally hard copy certain files (data records) that we store in a secure location in Hungary. Strict security and access controls protect all personal information that we store or transmit, including username and password authentication, and data encryption where appropriate.

What data breach procedures we have in place

We follow the rules as written in the Article 33 of the GDPR: In the case of a personal data breach, the controller shall without undue delay and, where feasible, not later than 72 hours after having become aware of it, notify the personal data breach to the supervisory authority competent in accordance with Article 55, unless the personal data breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons. Where the notification to the supervisory authority is not made within 72 hours, it shall be accompanied by reasons for the delay.
